Ba Le Bakery
The Ba Le brand started in the 1950s Saigon streets; known for their Banh Mi — soft, airy baguettes filled with meats, pickled vegetables and herbs. In 1998, Ba Le Bakery brought that same, beloved taste to Philadelphia where it became a cornerstone of Little Saigon, sharing a taste of Vietnam with the community.
